Hi all! Hope everyone is out there enjoying life. Here are a couple of announcements I wanted to make.

• There will be a Homebuyer's Seminar by Morgage Loans by Trinka on April 9th - 6:30 p.m. at the Fillmore Senior Center - 533 Santa Clara Street. Call 524-1701 to reserve your seat!

• Be sure and visit the Fillmore Flower Show at the Senior Center on Saturday and Sunday, April 4th & 5th from 1 - 4 PM. It's going to be beautiful!

• The City of Fillmore is setting aside two Saturdays in 2009 – on April 4, and Oct. 3 – to allow residents and small business owners to drop off materials that are not accepted in either your trash or recycling bins for safe disposal, free of charge. The Household Hazardous Waste Days will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. both days. Residents and small business owners can bring their HHW to Fillmore’s Public Works Department yard at the corner of A Street and Sespe Place.

There's even more going on that I have time to list. Get out there this fine Spring and do something!
