I wish I could speak like Gary Creagle or Eduardo or Marie. They impress me with their ability to speak off the cuff. I don't have that but that's the way it goes.

An unusual pleasure out of his game.
Has anyone heard of a housing development called "Walnut Acres"?
Its in the city of Moorpark. The Builder was the famous Griffin Industries or at that momentin time it could have possibly been called "Griffin Home Builders". While having lunch with a client, I received a earful about that particular development. Its very interesting because I have also heard similar stories of half -finished developments that were left in the dust and monies literally flushed down the toilet . I do hope all interested bloggers will take a drive over the hill and check out "Walnut Acres".

Anon ,do some research on Walnut Acres before you make false statements. Greystone had no part in that development on the first phase. You ask why this means anything to Fillmore, well Griffin does have full reign of development rights along with political PAC ties. So yes, this has much too do with Fillmore. Im just pointing this out. Accept it or ignore it.
